Project 4107 is a thoughtfully designed 3BHK home created for an NRI couple, offering them a serene and welcoming retreat during their occasional visits. The brief was clear: to create a minimalistic yet functional space that feels like a true home away from home. The design emphasizes warmth, comfort, and a sense of calm through the careful use of natural materials, such as rich wood finishes, elegant rattan accents, and a soothing palette of warm hues. The color palette plays a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, with soft neutrals, earthy tones, and subtle accents that reflect the couple’s desire for comfort and relaxation. Every room is carefully curated to balance aesthetics with functional living, making the home both stylish and practical for their limited time spent in it.
